At Backyard Harvest Seed Company, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because seeds are a perishable agricultural product, we have a simple and fair return policy outlined below.


Returns

Due to the nature of seeds, we do not accept returns on seed packets once they have been opened or shipped.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund to your original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


Germination & Growing Conditions

While we carefully source and test our seeds, germination and plant success depend on many factors beyond our control, including soil conditions, watering, temperature, and planting timing.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee results once seeds have been planted. However, if you believe there is a quality issue with your seeds, please reach out — we’re always happy to help troubleshoot or review the situation.


Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
